An urban development vision
In 2017, the team from Coido Architekten won the competition to redesign building plots 5 and 6 in the Pergolenviertel, a dynamic new neighbourhood located between City Nord and the historic districts on the eastern edge of the Stadtpark. Their design is characterised by a clear urban planning vision and precise design decisions that significantly enhance the quarter.
