It's that time again!
From 2 December, architects can submit their projects for the Fritz Höger Award 2020 for Brick Architecture. As part of the Building with Brick initiative, we are organising the successful architecture prize together with the Association of German Architects (BDA) for the fifth time and are delighted about the steadily increasing relevance with over 600 participants recently.
The Fritz Höger Award is endowed with a total of 10,000 euros, which is divided between a Grand Prix winner and seven categories. All architects with projects that achieve a special architectural effect due to their brick facade can take part. The last competitions have shown that The more impressively the versatility of brick as a building material is demonstrated, the better the chances of winning an award.
Due to the high number of participants, we have simplified the application process for the 2020 Fritz Höger Award for Brick Architecture. Architects can easily complete, save and bundle all documents and information for participation step by step via the user-friendly submission portal. For the first time, an entry fee must also be charged in order to cope with the increased administrative effort and at the same time maintain the quality of the project presentation for the participating architects at the usual high level.
