A modern urban villa in classic Münster brick construction

The new build of this detached house on Beldensnyderweg combines the red brick typical of Münster with a clear, modern design language. The clinker brick façade (sorting 27 in thin format) emphasises the regional character with artistic brick ornamentation, while flush-mounted gutters and downpipes support the minimalist architecture. Red window frames set colourful accents and give the exterior a special touch.

Inside, the urban villa impresses with its spacious, bright rooms that offer enough space for the whole family. The open-plan living, cooking and dining area on the ground floor is connected to the private rooms on the first floor via a solid wooden staircase. Utilising the ceiling up to the ridge creates a special quality of living in the attic: in addition to a guest bedroom and bathroom, there is an open-plan studio area that can be used flexibly as a study, second living room or play area.

A deep courtyard in the garden ensures that the fitness and sauna area in the basement receives natural light and at the same time has a secluded outdoor area. The result is a modern yet traditional-looking home that harmoniously combines functionality, comfort and the typical Münster brick architecture.
