Urban flair in the heart of Berlin
A lively mix of residential and office buildings, commercial space and public streets and squares is being created in Berlin's new neighbourhood. The city block is characterised by an urban base with retail and restaurant spaces, on top of which five to six-storey buildings will rise up to nine storeys on the square side to create an urban accent.
Versatile living
The use is diverse: commercial units facing Heidestrasse and flats from 30-140 square metres on the other sides, including studios to penthouses with roof terraces. All flats have loggias or balconies overlooking the leafy inner courtyard, with the common rooms predominantly facing the courtyard. The tower section offers flats with arcades overlooking the neighbourhood's lively square.
With a uniform brick façade, the block varies in shape and materiality depending on use and side, giving it variety and diversity. Special architectural details such as rounded corner entrances, benches made of exposed concrete and accentuated steel structures for loggias and balconies emphasise the high-quality quality of the building and the historical references in the choice of materials.

Important visual accents
The overall impression of the grading depends on the other elements of the facade. These include joint colour, window frames, railings, etc., which set important visual accents.
